Vegetable Medley

2 16-oz pkgs. frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, melted
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing w/ seasonings (fine, not cubes)
1 stick margarine

1. Microwave veggies according to directions; place in 9x13 pan.
2. Heat soup, milk & cheese; pour over veggies.
3. Mix melted margarine with stuffing and put on top.
4. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
