Pasta Shrimp Salad

Don’t let the shrimp scare you! I hate shrimp, but I LOVE this dish. Every time I take it to parties, it gets DEVOURED. A great salad to take to potlucks.

COMBINE SALAD INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg cooked elbow macaroni
1 can sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped red onion—chopped very small
1 6-oz can shrimp (the can MUST say “tiny de-veined”)
parsley—amount desired

COMBINE DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dill
black pepper to taste

POUR DRESSING OVER SALAD; TOSS & REFRIGERATE.
* If you are making this a day ahead of time, the salad will absorb a lot of the dressing, so make it a bit more “saucy” if you’re making it the night before.
