Creamy Artichoke Pasta Sauce

A friend from Italy gave me this recipe

Shallots, in amount desired
1 clove garlic
artichoke hearts
sundried tomatoes, chopped just a bit
heavy cream—about 2 cups
fresh chopped basil

1. Chop shallots & garlic; sauté in oil.

2. Add artichoke hearts & sundried tomatoes.

3. Stir in heavy cream & basil.

4. Serve over pasta.
