salt
ground black pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
juice and grated rind of one lemon

2. Place chicken in cooker. Sprinkle chopped onion, rosemary, lemon juice, and lemon rind over chicken. Add 1 cup hot water. Cover.
3. Cook on High for 1 hour. Switch to Low, and cook for 6 to 8 hours, basting several times.

I made this, it was delicious. Michael doesn't like chicken because it is so dry, but he liked this recipe. I love that you post your recipes. Thanks.
