French Onion Rice

In the spirit of French Onion Soup!

1 can beef broth
1 can French onion soup
¼ cup melted butter
1 ½ cups rice
8 oz sliced mushrooms (optional)

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Serves 6 to 8.

How much rice? I don't see that in your ingredients?
