I've always wanted to give this a try in the crock pot; if anyone tries it, let me know!
1 tbs. oil
4-6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbs. spicy brown mustard
1 tbs. honey
1. Heat oil; add pork chops & cook brown on each side.
2. Set chops aside & discard any drippings from pan. Add soup, apple juice, mustard & honey. Heat to a boil; return chops to pan.
3. Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer 10 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink.
4. Serve over rice.
