6 pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
6 potatoes, sliced
1 package onion soup mix
Sear pork chops in skillet. Layer potatoes on bottom of greased 9x13" pan. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
Stir together soup and water. Add onion soup mix and mix well. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until potatoes are tender.
