Mom's Tuna Casserole

This was the dinner I requested on my 5th birthday. I remember loving this & I'm craving it lately! Here is my mom's original, written recipe.

Here are some possible adjustments:
* substitute 2 cans cream-of-something soup (or chicken rice soup) for the white sauce
* 2 cans of tuna, instead of 3, if you want bring down the tuna a notch
* frozen peas instead of green pepper

Here's how I will probably make it:
*Pour over noodles:
chopped (raw) onion, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1 cup frozen peas, tuna, 1 can cream
chicken soup, 1 can chicken rice soup; mix.
* Top with crushed Rice Krispies & 1 cup cheese; Bake 30-45 mins at 350, or until cheese is bubbly.
